Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed to the petitioner by order of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18959 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SATHISHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18959 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every hearing dates without fail.
