ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents to withdraw look out circular (LOC) issued as against the petitioners in STC Nos.222/2010, 223/2016, 224/2016 & 225/2016, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial level, Ambattur. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as of now, there is no look out circular issued and pending against the petitioners in STC Nos. Nos.222/2010, 223/2016, 224/2016 & 225/2016. The submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded.

3.In view of the fact that no look out circular is issued and pending against the petitioners, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not necessary.
