(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition is premature, as the recommendation of the State Human Rights Commission/first respondent has yet not been accepted by the State Government, in which eventuality, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the Court. We say so, keeping in mind the order passed in Sankar vs. The Member, State Human Rights Commission, 2016 SCC Online Mad 42, (W.P.No.25614 of 2010 decided on 27.01.2016). 2.The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
