The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 r/w 34 of IPC in Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has involved in theft of Rs.90,000/-. Hence the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is a history sheeter and there are four previous cases similar in nature pending against him. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has got four previous cases of similar in nature and also considering that there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
