ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 12.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.853 of 2024, thereby directed the respondents to pass appropriate administrative order as per G.O.Ms.No.2024, Revenue Department dated 15.05.1974, for re-fixation of the petitioner's pensionary benefits with effect from 01.12.2017, within a period of eight weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent revised the petitioner's pension and the same was communicated to the Accountant General by the communications dated 13.06.2025 & 16.06.2023 . She also produced a copy of the communications dated 13.06.2025 & 16.06.2023 before this Court.
