These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 735 days in filing the Review Applications.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) in each petition, by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation attached to this Court, within a period of two weeks from today. If the cost is paid on or before 14.07.2023 and the affidavit of service is filed, these petitions stand allowed and the registry is directed to number the main review applications, if otherwise, in order. If the cost is not paid and the affidavit of service is not filed on or before 14.07.2023, these C.M.Ps. stand dismissed without any reference to this Court.
