ORDER
The petitioners have filed this Review Application to review the order dated 26.08.2021 in W.P.No.17314 of 2021.
2. According to the petitioner, he filed a writ petition in W.P.No.17314 of 2021 before this Court seeking to qaush the temination order issued by the respondent to the petitioner and the consequent tender notification dated 27.07.2021 issued by the respondent to permit the petitioner to commence and execute the contract of manning the vehicle parking stand at Basin Bridge Junction Railway Station for a period of three years as per the terms and conditions originally agreed. Recording the affidavit of undertaking given by the petitioner dated 23.08.2021 that they will be effective from 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2024 and that the petitioner will comply with all the conditions as stipulated in the letter of acceptance dated 03.01.2020, the said writ petition was disposed of. However, due to the dropping percentage of traffic, the license fee for the month of June 2021 to September 2021 was revised by the respondent vide communication dated 19.11.2021 from Rs.8,34,408/- to Rs.2,69,097/- in respect of maintenance of Guindy Railway 2/4
Station. Since the applicant has also not been provided with the usage of the entire parking area and the said issue was agitated with the respondent on several occasions and considering the pandemic, this Court may reconsider the order passed in the above writ petition.
3. Though the petitioner has come up with this review petition as against the order dated 26.08.2021 passed in W.P.No.17314 of 2021, there is no patent error on the face of records. Moreso, the review application can be entertained only on the ground of error apparent on the face of records or clerical error.
4. Hence, this Court is of the view that, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present review petition cannot be acceded to and accordingly, this Review Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
