ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body of the detenue viz., Koteswari, D/o.Manimaran, aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court. On enquiry, she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner, who is the father. 3.In such view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
