By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents 1 to 3, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to survey her property covered by the Sale Deed in her favour dated 16.02.1978, registered as Document No.193/1978 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Uthiramerur.

It is the case of the petitioner that her husband purchased 2 acres 51 cents of land in Neivai Village, Mathuranthagam Circle, Chengalpattu District under a Sale Deed dated 16.02.1978 and after his death, the petitioner has been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner submitted an online application dated 19.07.2024 seeking survey of the property covered by the sale deed, now situated in various sub-division numbers mentioned in the application, the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is 2/5
taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner dated 19.07.2024 will be considered by the 2nd respondent on its own merit and in accordance with law, within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 19.07.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/35/003342 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, after issuing necessary notice to the petitioner and 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
