ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, though the petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking to direct the respondent to take the reporting of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) by way of ARFs and Form FC-GPRs filed by the writ petitioner on their record and provide acknowledgement of the same in furtherance thereof, and to pass directions that all FDI transactions of the petitioner until date are fully complied with and that no scrutiny is pending with respect to the same, however, the respondent has filed a memo dated 28.08.2024 before this court today. Hence, the learned Senior Counsel submitted that, this court may record the memo filed by the respondent and direct the respondent to implement the said memo within a time frame that may be stipulated by this court. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the memo filed by the respondent will be implemented as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the fair submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent to implement the memo dated 28.08.2024, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
