3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 259 days in filing the above appeal in S.A.SR.No.113922 of 2022 is condoned.
