This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.837 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Kancheepuram District for the offences under Sections 498 [A] and 406 of IPC.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.837 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, Kancheepuram District has ended in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

acquittal on 16.04.2009 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
