PRAYER : This Review Application has been filed under Order XLVII Rule 1 and 2 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure, praying to review the order passed in W.A.No.354 of 2015 dated 24.09.2018 and Page No.:1/5

consequently direct the 2nd respondent to enrol the petitioner's name as an advocate.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN, J.) The present Review Application has been filed against the order dated 24.09.2018 made in W.A.No.354 of 2015.

2. This Court through the above order has held that without passing +2 examination securing degree is not an eligibility to join in law course as well as to subsequently to enrol as a lawyer in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu.

3. In the present Review Application, the grounds urged by the petitioner is mainly upon the factual aspects, which had been dealt with by the writ Court as well as the writ appellate Court. Re-hearing of factual matrix cannot be entertained now in the review jurisdiction. Apart from Page No.:2/5

that, the petitioner could not able to demonstrate any apparent error on the face of the record. Besides, the Review Application was filed by a different Advocate which is also not desirable as per the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and another Vs. N.Raju Reddiar and another reported in 1997 (9) SCC 736.
