O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by M.M. SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue, Priyadharshani, aged about 21 years. Alleging that she is in illegal custody of the 2nd respondent, the present petition is filed.
2.We called upon the petitioner, his wife, the detenue and the 2nd respondent, who are all present today before this Court.
3.The detenue has informed us that she has married the 2nd respondent on 04.09.2019 and has registered her marriage with the 2nd respondent. Admittedly, the detenue is a major. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention of the detenue by the 2nd respondent.
