(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) On 03.04.2024 in C.M.P.No.21549 of 2023 in Rev.Appl.SR.No.116480 of 2023 (condonation of filing delay petition), this Court passed the following order: "4. Having regard to the reason stated by the petitioner, which appears to be bona fide, considering the huge delay in filing the review petition, we are inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- by the petitioner to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this miscellaneous petition stands ordered."

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.04.2024 has been complied with. He has also filed a memo to that effect.

3. The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner/ appellant is recorded. Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order and post it for admission.
