Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pass orders for granting promotion to the petitioner under Career Advancement Scheme (CAS) in the post of Assistant Professor in collegiate Education Service by reckoning the period of service in the post of P.G. Assistant based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 15/06/2015 and 19/08/2018 within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable court.
