These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to stay the operation of the Judgment and Decree dated 22.12.2016 passed in O.S.Nos.329 and 330 of 2013 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the condition imposed by this Court at the time of granting stay in C.M.P.Nos.10533 and 10534 of 2017, dated 06.07.2017 has not been complied. Therefore, in view of the said self-contained order passed by this Court on an earlier occasion, the stay granted by this Court on 06.09.2017 shall stand vacated and C.M.P.Nos.10533 and 10534 of 2017 are dismissed.

3. At request of learned counsel appearing for the appellant, list the appeals for hearing on 07.10.2025.
