This petition has been filed to implead respondents 7 to 9 as party respondents in the writ petition.

Having heard the learned counsel for both sides and taking into account the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
