..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned orders passed by the 1st respondent made in TN/CRY/32626/SRO/TRY/C2/2016 dated 29.08.2016 and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the contribution amount of Rs.12,76,194/- in 20 installment based on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2016.

The writ petitioner contended that the interim order granted by this Court on 26.10.2016 has been complied with and the balance amount has to be paid by installments. Accordingly, the writ petitioner is willing to pay the balance amount in ten installments, commencing from 1st September, 2017.

2. In view of these undertaking that this writ petitioner will pay the balance amount in ten installments from 01.09.2017, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
