Challenge in the Writ Petition is to the order of the Director of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, dated 23.12.2014, wherein, the promotion was denied to the petitioner on the ground that he cannot seek for upgradation of the post as per G.O.Ms.No.284 dated 19.08.1992.
2. After the order impugned in the Writ Petition was passed, the respondents have conceded that the petitioner would be entitled to upgradation and his case has been considered for promotion and he has also been promoted with effect from 2014-2015, vide order 25.01.2022 thereby, making this Writ Petition infructuous.

3. This Writ Petition is therefore dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
