This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the suit in O.S.No.282 of 2019 pending on the file of II Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, to the Principal City Civil Court, Chennai or any other competent City Civil Court at Chennai.

2. Learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 and 2 is present. Respondent 3 has neither entered appearance through counsel nor in person before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection to the transfer being ordered. Therefore, the proceedings now pending suit in O.S.No.282 of 2019, pending on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, is withdrawn and transferred to the City Civil Court, Chennai.

4. The learned Principal Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, shall allot a competent Court, as and when the records are received and orders are produced. Considering the facts that the suit is of the year 2019 and it is informed that an Order VII Rule 11 application has been filed by the defendants to reject the plaint that petition shall be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of receipt of records from the II Additional District Court, Chengalpattu.
