Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30. a.m. till filling charge sheet and thereafter as and when required" imposed in para No.4 of the order passed in Crl.MP.No. 11142 of 2021, dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.OP.NO. 11142 of 2021 in Crime No. 2 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11142 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15416 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
