ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 174 of Cr.P.C and 306 of IPC in Crime No.96 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the mater is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been arrested on 03.10.2019 and hence nothing survives.
