The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition pending on his file in R.P.No.164 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he has filed the above Revision Petition challenging the order of appointment of fit person to Arulmigu Anuvavi Subramaniyaswami Thirukovil, Periyathadagam, Kovai North Taluk, Coimbatore District in R.P.No.164 of 2021 and the same is pending on the file of 1st respondent for the past two years.

3.Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) takes notice for the respondents on instructions, submits that the above Revision Petition is posted for hearing before the 1st respondent on 18.10.2023. 4.In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the Revision Petition in R.P.No.164 of 2021 pending on his file within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
