PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to enquire on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2019 and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to get back Loan Document dated 07.08.2019 and the Cheque which were forcibly obtained by the respondents 3 and 4 from the petitioner and handover the same to the petitioner.
