Today the matter is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the prayer portion of the certified copy of the order, dated 08.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.12415 & 12416 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1476 of 2024, the name of the Lower Appellate Court is wrongly mentioned as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District instead of Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore.

3.A perusal of the order of this Court, dated 08.11.2024 and the petitions filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is seen that the learned counsel for the petitioner has wrongly mentioned the Lower Appellate Court as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District instead of Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore. 4.In view of the above, Registry is directed to issue a fresh certified copy of the order, dated 08.11.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.12415 & 12416 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1476 of 2024 after correcting the name of the Lower Appellate Court as Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore. 22.11.2024 vv2 Page No.2 of 3
