O R D E R

The petitioner herein was arrested on 09.03.2025 for the alleged offences under Section 3(b) r/w 4 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.5 of 2025, claiming 1/4

innocence, the petitioner seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that based on the complaint given by the mother of the victim child and the medical report indicate that there was a sexual assault committed by this petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.104 of 2025. He further submitted that the case is now posted for examination of witnesses.

4. Considering the nature of the complaint and since the victim and the defacto complainant have not yet been examined, and the possibility of tampering with the witness, if the petitioner is released on bail, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present.
