ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the representation dated 08.07.2016 of the petitioner alleging unauthorised construction be dealt with in accordance with law by the second respondent, after causing inspection at the site within 15 days of the receipt of the order, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the order.
2. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, WMP.No.32367 of 2016 is closed.
