ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.457 of 2015, dated 23.11.2015 on the file of the respondent police within a stipulated time.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.457 of 2015 on 23.11.2015, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.457 of 2015, in which the investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4. Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court concerned, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due 2/4
intimation to the defacto complainant.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
