ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the third respondent authority to consider petitioner's RTI Application dated 19.08.2024 and to provide information sought therein within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner submitted an application seeking certain information under the Right to Information Act and it is pending on the file of the third respondent from 19.08.2024. However, so far the third respondent did not consider the application submitted by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall

be no order as to costs.
