..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to grant planning permission in favour of the petitioner without insisting 'No Objection Certificate' from the 2nd respondent/Wakf Board in respect of the property comprised in R.S.No.175/0, Block 5 Door No.38 and 39, KKB Street, Mount Road, Chennai- 600 002.
