2 IMTIAZ AHMED Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to implead in the above petition in Crl.O.P.No.23726 of 2021 and to implead the above petition and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the above petition and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RC.PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.E.RAJ THILAK, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the 1st Respondent and of MR.C.V.KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner in the above Crl.O.P.No.23726 of 2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the Vehicle in question has been surrendered to the complainant on 02.01.2022 and hence there is no necessity to implead the petitioner in the Crl.O.P. and this Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
