O R D E R

The impugned notice issued under Section 107 Cr.P.C., is of the year 2019. The proceedings under Section 107 of Cr.P.C is for ordering the persons concerned to execute bond for keeping peace for such period for not exceeding one year. Since more than three years have elapsed after the impugned notice, the requirement to execute bond has become infructuous. However, the respondent has liberty to initiate from action if need arises in future.

2. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observations. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
