By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the order of transfer of sanctioned surplus without person vacant post of B.T. (Tamil) from 4th respondent school to the 5th respondent school as B.T.(Tamil) by considering the proposal of the 5th respondent vide Na.Ka.No.002/2024 dated 05.01.2024 and 30.06.2025 Na.Ka.No.084/2025 and approve the post in the 5th respondent school and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to accord 2/6
approval of appointment of the petitioner as B.T.(Tamil) w.e.f. 01.03.2024, with all monetary benefits in the 5th respondent school.
3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as a B.T.(Tamil) Teacher in 5th Respondent-School. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the 5th Respondent-School is the Minority Institution. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th Respondent-School has forwarded the proposal on 30.06.2025 for approval and such proposal is pending with the respondents 1 to 3.
5. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they will consider the 5th respondent's proposal dated 30.06.2025 according to it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
6. In such view of the submission, without going into the merits of the 3/6
writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the proposal of the 5th respondent dated 30.06.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondents 1 to 3 are also directed to afford opportunity to the respondents 4 and 5 before passing order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 06.08.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
