This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the notice in C.R.P.C. Case No.201 of 2022 on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
