Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing charge sheet and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered in connection with Crl.M.P.No.10651/2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16051/2021 order dated 21.10.2021 on the file of the Station House Officer, District Crime Branch, Cuddalore and Cuddalore District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10651 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.16051 of 2021 on 21.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified that, till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
