This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 84 of 2017 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other investigation agency. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No.84 of 2017 and it has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam. It was further submitted that the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS.No.121 of 2023. 3.In view of the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court to workout his remedy in accordance with law. 2/4

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
