ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the petitioner's withheld Foreman's Certificate with reference to the Roll No.34082-3032 based on the Competency Examination held in September, 2008.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 03.01.2022, this Court passed the following orders:
"The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is ready to produced the petitioner's SSLC Certificate and the Transfer Certificate and seeks a short accommodation to comply with the order of this Court dated 26.11.2021.

2.Post the matter on 11.01.2022 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
3.Subsequent to the above order, when the matter is listed today, the learned Senior Central Government Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has already sent the SSLC certificate and the Transfer Certificate to the petitioner by way of speed post on 07.01.2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
4.In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the statement of the learned Senior Central Government Panel Counsel for the respondent may be recorded and the petition may be closed.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Senior Central Government Panel Counsel appearing for the respondent, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in the present Writ Petition for further adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
