JUDGMENT

( Delivered by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in WP No.17365 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024.

2. By consent of parties, the writ appeal is taken up for final disposal.

3. After elaborate argument, both the counsel for the parties have agreed for the following terms:

i) Disciplinary proceedings shall be proceeded as against the appellant and the same shall be concluded within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 2/5

ii) The appellant shall also co-operate for the enquiry. iii) If any such delay in concluding the said disciplinary proceedings, the suspension order dated 24.06.2024 passed against the appellant shall be revoked.

4. With the above directions, the writ appeal stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.22738 of 2024 is closed.
