Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MAHESH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 17.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10659 of 2020 to execute sureties.
