This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13870 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14823 of 2022 on 06.09.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court - 2, Namakkal on the 1st working day of December, 2022 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
