This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on representation dated 04.11.2022 seeking promotion to the post of Under Secretary on par with his juniors in the seniority list.

2. It is the grievance of the writ petitioner despite her eligibility for being considered and promoted as Under Secretary, her juniors have been promoted and her claim was not considered. Hence, she made a representation to the respondent on 04.11.2022, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. Considering the limited relief as sought for in this writ petition, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
