ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 420, 464 of I.P.C, in Crime No.586 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sold the dispute land of the defacto complainant to one Mr.Selthil. Hence, the defacto complainant lodged a complaint against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no way connected with the occurrence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner .

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that detailed investigation is needed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
