ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.1190 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation has been completed and drafted the final report for the offences under Sections 294(b), 392 r/w 397, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.1190 of 2021 and the same is pending before the City Public Prosecutor for opinion.

3. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondent Police to obtain the opinion from the City Public https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Prosecutor and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
