This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the First Information Report (FIR) and all consequential proceedings in Crime No.467 of 2017 pending on the file of the Sriperumbudur Police Station, Kancheepuram.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.467 of 2017, charge sheet has been filed through e-filing on 25.06.2024 vide e-filing No.C202400310 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur.
