ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the S.C.No.100 of 2018, pending on the file of Special Mahila Court, Salem on the ground that the final report is not sustainable, since the material contradiction on the face of the statement of witnesses is available.

2. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State states that the trial Court has taken the final report on file, framed charges and trial is under progress, so far 10 witnesses have been examined. PW.10 is in the witness box and only two more witnesses remain to be examined.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court finds that the trial has already been progressed and almost reached the end, hence the Criminal Original Petition to quash is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
