This petition has been filed under Section 34(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to set aside the Award of the Arbitral Tribunal dated 14.07.2022.

2.By an order of this Court dated 29.08.2023, the respondent was directed to pay the Award amount to the petitioner herein within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The time for said payment was extended thereafter from time to time. 3.Today, the respondent has brought a cheque drawn in favour of the petitioner, which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The respondent has also issued No Claims Certificate in favour of 2/4
