The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 95 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment dated 30.03.2023 made in Spl.S.C.No.106 of 2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Vellore District.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for this petition being allowed.
3. No representation on behalf of the respondents 3 to 5.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
