This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19810 of 2022 dated 23.08.2022 to deposit original title deeds for the value of Rs.50,00,000/- before the learned Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Chennai, to the credit of the Crime No.2 of 2022 instead of the petitioner is directed to deposit original title deeds not less than value of Rs.2,00,00,000/- before the learned Special Judge (TNPID) Court, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds not less than the value of Rs.75,00,000/- (stands in the name of the petitioner or his relatives or friends) along with proper valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned, to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2022". The other conditions shall remain intact.
