O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.38859 of 2016 dated 08.11.2016, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said Writ Petition, directed the petitioner to send a copy of the representation dated 25.04.2016 along with a copy of the order to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for respondents.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for respondents submitted that the order of this Court had been complied with by the respondent and he has also produced a copy of the order passed by the Pondicherry Municipality in No.PM/Estt./1-4/A3/3029 dated 03.07.2019. Since the order of this Court had been complied with by the

respondents, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
